By accessing or using the AIA Mockchi Bola platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AIA Mockchi Bola provides AI-powered diagnostic and simulation tools for international language examinations (including but not limited to IELTS, TOEFL, CEFR, Goethe, and TOPIK).
Purpose: The Platform is designed for educational assessment and feedback.
Disclaimer: The scores and feedback generated by our AI are estimates intended for guidance only. We do not guarantee that these scores will match official exam results from authorized testing centers.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
Service Fees: Access to specific features, such as deep-dive AI diagnostics (e.g., 77,000 UZS per session), requires payment as specified on the Platform.
No Refunds: Once a diagnostic test is completed and the AI analysis is generated, the fee is non-refundable.
Technical Issues: In the event of a platform-side technical failure that prevents the completion of a test, the user will be granted a free retry.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to test questions, AI algorithms, software code, UI/UX design, and the "Mockchi Bola" trademark, is the exclusive property of the Platform. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.
5. Privacy and Data Security
We value your privacy. Personal data (name, contact info) and test performance data are used solely for analysis and to improve our AI models. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Academic Outcomes: AIA Mockchi Bola is not liable for any user's performance in official examinations.
Platform Availability: While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by external factors, including internet connectivity or maintenance.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to attempt to breach the Platform's security, reverse-engineer the AI models, or use the Platform for any fraudulent purposes.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
