You add each student from the admin panel with their name, age and gender. Email and password are optional — leave them blank and the system generates a login and password for you. The password is shown once when the student is created, so hand it over before closing the window.
No. Listening and reading are always auto-graded because they have fixed answers. For writing and speaking you choose AI, human or mixed grading for each section when you set up the session, so you can hand everything to your own teachers if you prefer.
You choose from the mock exams available to your organization when creating a session. IELTS sessions report an overall band score out of 9.0 with a breakdown by section; other exams report a percentage score.
Yes. The Import exam page accepts exams as JSON, and it ships with an AI prompt that converts an IELTS PDF into the right format. Paste the result or upload the file and the exam becomes available to your organization.
You activate the session when your students are ready. Each student sees it in their dashboard and sits the test under real timing. As they submit, their status moves to submitted, then to graded once writing and speaking have been reviewed.
